Complaint 中不要有过多的irrelative information, 要就事论事！ 6，to a friend 中包括很多，可以涉及到很多的类型，但是不难看出主要还是围绕：请朋友帮忙生活安排，特别accommodation，邀请invitation, 道歉 apologize, 其实就是初到oversea的生活需求和场景。 7，others 中同样是围绕日常生活场景中的信件，比如ask for holiday, explain something, to a regular affair in office etc. 但是要注意是personal formal letter.
